Wednesday, October 2, 2013 - Disgorged 2011. Opened 1 hr prior. Took a while to gain composure. Started off rather awfully. Very tart, lean and rather abrasive alcohol. Opened up nicely with more time in bottle. Nice orange blossom, red apple and ginger beer nuances. Not very complex but still a nice drink no doubt.
