Tuesday, November 19, 2013 - Crust, thick of Italian bread origin. Ripe citrus on the palate. A brown wallpaper with floral edging. Rustic whipped cream. Best with a couple two, tree years from disgorgement. This bottle again, does not have a disgorgement date printed on it, so late 2012, early 2013 would be the case.

Terry Theisse and Peter Liem suggest letting this age 3 years on the cork. Frustrating not seeing the disgorgement date on the spot its intended. Mine were disgorged in 12/2012.
