Tuesday, June 7, 2005 - York Creek Vineyard (Los Altos): 13.4% ALC, 86% Cabernet, 14% Merlot - The nose was much like the 1979 and I assumed that they were close in age and definitely the same producer. This was very light colored on the rim, beginning to show some bricking. Cigar box on the nose and showing some lighter fruit and a nice but short finish.
