Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Very fine wine, showing no fading at 7 years. Big butterscotch brûlée flavors coming form the oak with some sweet honey and even a touch of lychee. A California attempt at Corton Charlemagne which isn't quite that but still very fine wine.
