Tuesday, March 12, 2013 - Popped and poured. Hard to evaluate at this stage. Has a nice nose of red fruit, leather, spice, anise, and black cherry. On the palate, seems very walled off, not a lot of fruit there, but there is some serious stuff lurking inside. Finishes with stern tannins and nice lift. Drink with a long decant or continue to hold.
