In the mouth, this is a spicy wine. There is a bloody, gamy thing happening too. Though the wine is clearly serious, the balance is good for drinking it young today...in fact, some described this as "smooth", which is true IMO. Lots of time left for cellaring...I doubt another 10 years would hurt this one.
