Friday, December 11, 2015 - Slow ox for 4+ hours. Excellent nose of red fruits primarily and garrigue in the background - not funky like some of the other CdPs. Such lightness and clarity in the palate, like a good Burgundy, despite the 14.5% abv. Lots of fruits and totally balanced, with no notable tannins or bitterness. Such a great wine and the bottle went out quickly.
