Tuesday, April 8, 2014 - Drank with roast chicken. Deep gold color. Medium to full bodied. Lost some of the flowers but complex and interesting. Developing some petrol. Touch of honey. Think it may not have a huge amount of time left but it is a wonderfully aging white.
