Saturday, April 20, 2013 - Perfect cork and fill. Splash decant for sediment. Immediate Very expressive nose of loam, cigar box, dried black and red fruit and toasted herbs. More fruit filled out the medium body palate after an hour of air. Medium to long mineral tinged slightly tannic finish. Loads of secondary nuances. I'd drink these over the next few years as the fruit is starting to fade. Held up nicely throughout the night.
