At eight years of age, this has reached the stage where the piercing, salty minerality of the Halenberg really begins to shine again after a difficult adolescence, freshness balanced by ripe fruit that is elevated by the hint of residual sugar; ripe and juicy but elegant, light on its feet; initially light finish really builds in the mouth. Very good but not great.
