Thursday, June 18, 2015 - Off the list at Xixa. Light orange-gold. The nose is gentle and pretty much mature: apricots, orange, lime, red apple, some baking spices and cinnamon. The palate is similar in flavor profile and excellent: apricots, red apple, some citrus: orange, lime and maybe something else. Really classy - the palate is is a perfect place right now: mature, clear, crisp, with good flavors, but light and airy. Good acid backbone holds everything together well. Finish is apricots, spices and some minerals. A treat. Nose - 4.5-5/6, Palate - 5-5.5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je ne Sais Quoi - 1-1.5/2 = 15.5-17/20.
