Monday, January 21, 2013 - Pale ruby red, going orange at rim. Cork built for keeping. Delicate but attractive nose. True to taste. Raspberry, but with a bite giving it backbone. Lingers well. Really hard to tell how it will age. Delightful now, but fear there is not enough fruit to last. Bit thin and dry at the end. Aetheral.
