Monday, April 8, 2013 - Had this one after the 2000 Quilceda Creek Cabernet at Napa Rose. The wine is extremely young but still a little disappointing for the price tag. In ten years it will be amazing but for now is tongue numbing and closed off (still impressive). Extremely concentrated plum, blue/blackberry, currant, anise, and cassis palate was obviously buried under its massive constriction. Decanted 4 hours and needs about ten more years.
