Saturday, November 10, 2012 - I have several bottle of this wine. Tried this again with a beef dish. Friends commented that this Cabernet had a really nice flavor. I agree. I like the fruit, the color, and the vanilla. This bottle was much more memorable than the last bottle which I tried about a year ago. Maybe I got lucky. The next bottle will tell.
