Wednesday, July 29, 2015 - Beautiful nose. Palate is still a bit shy and unresolved, but some pretty brambly fruits are starting to peek out. Savory hints of beetroot. Not much of the 02 sweetness, but this is going to be pretty elegant in the next few years. I love Jadot's Rugiens as one of the values of the portfolio and this is no different. That said, this is nowhere near as good as the spectacular 05.
