Wednesday, July 1, 2015 - Nose of bacon, tea leaves, sage, fig and plum fruit, and barnyard, more of the same on the palate, almost elegant and mouth filling, tasty with the grilled chicken, medium/big body, and a long, flavorful finish and wonderful aftertaste. I suspect this was a better wine four years ago. Not quite as rich as the previous bottle a month ago. A $90 auction bottle bought to compare to the newest release, pricey and worth it.
