Tuesday, September 23, 2014 - When first opened at cellar temp this bottle seemed to be bricking a bit, kind of lite bodied and a little oxidized. No doubt there were really nice blue fruit tastes. After a two hour decant it was totally different. It was then medium to full bodied, dark color and rich blue fruit and meaty tastes. Complex, hard to pinpoint, but really fun to try to describe.
