Monday, May 15, 2006 - Very interesting counter to the 97 Etude we opened also tonight. This was much more the crowd pleaser. Open, juicy round fruit. Ripe cherries and Rasberry Jam, a nice licorice component and a soft pleasing (slightly woody) finish. I grade 'em out (irregardless of style) about the same... but I enjoyed the Etude more and found it quite a bit more complex and intellectual.
