Friday, November 6, 2015 - WOW!! could be the best bottle of Sauvignon Blanc I have ever had. So complex with persitent but subtle melon, pear and faint carmel notes. The nose was explosive. The 2008 and 2009 of this wine have been standard setting for me. Like all truly great wine's list kept changing and getting deeper over the 2 1/2 hour's we drank it. I was sure if the nose or the palette where better. I wish all wine was like this.
