Wednesday, November 3, 2010 - Martine's Wines with Martine Saunier (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Impressive wine that needs time. Dark cherry and berry with good coffee and herbs aromas. Fruit a little shut down but also same dark fruit, with lots of tannins and acidity. Hold to 2015 or even better, 2020. Finish shows really good underlying material here.
