Saturday, November 27, 2004 - Thanksgiving Weekend in Willamette; 11/26/2004-11/28/2004: Barrel and bottle tasting at Open House. Nicely floral to start with dense, concentrated fruit on both nose and palate. Good length with some interesting spice unfolding on the finish. slightly less hot than when I tasted this six months ago, I found this to be one of a favorite Willamtte 2003 Pinot Noir.
