Friday, January 6, 2012 - Pop and poured. This smells pretty damn weird, but delicious. Incredibly sweet red ground meat on the nose which dominates. It's a little funky, but definitely smells sweet and yummy. Soft palate entry, but it is a little cold. Once it warms up on the tongue, I get some similar meat flavors, coupled with spice, mild acidity, and strawberries poured over a steak. Nice overall, but a little excessively funky. Pretty interesting still, and makes you think about it.
