Thursday, February 26, 2015 - Zachys Pre-Paulee Fete (Lafayette - New York NY): Powerhouse start of Asian five spice, some licorice with fat and forward red berry. Starts too hedonistic without the Grand Cru Vosne nuance, but that soon emerges at the middle, which shows power with restrain. Beautiful potential, but this will require more patience vs most 2007s.
