Friday, February 13, 2015 - Popped and slow oxed for 10 hours before dinner. I didn't taste on opening as I was at the office but the wine was ready to go with the air it received. Packed with spice and stem character. Full and velvety in the mouth. Medium concentration and satisfying. I'm not in a rush to drink my remaining bottles but this is not a wine for the ages. Still, a gorgeous effort for the vintage.
