Monday, February 9, 2015 - PnP from a bottle that's been stored at 57F with a near perfect fill. Heavy bricking with an orange-brown color. Loads of sediment. Pleasant nose of baked black cherries, spices, light caramel and red apple skins. Similar notes on the palate with ample spiciness. Surprising finish that resonates. Our low expectations were blown away. Definitely drink now.
