Thursday, April 16, 2009 - Rather simple with large bubbles and citrus flavors. Tasted at the Texas Culinary Masters dinner with the dessert course. An OK pairing as the desserts weren't too sweet. Not a wine I would drink very often (if ever) as it is way too sweet for my tastes.
