Tuesday, May 27, 2014 - Opened a week ago and, true to all of Bill's reds, is still growing. This wine has always been exceptional and gets better with every bottle I open. Complex with cedar notes and a languorous finish. My only regret is that I have so little left.
The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has low acidity.
