Thursday, April 10, 2014 - I like it, but...
Giddy from a successful day, and it being Burgundy Thursday, I thought I would see if the drink-ability extended to Chandon de Brialles, and especially to Corton.

While this was certainly enjoyable, with really dark tart cherry, lots of steminess with dark clove and hints of great structure down the road, opening this was a crime. At least it hints of really great things in the future. Bury these and move on to other producers and other climats.
