Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Bordeaux Confidential USA, nose of Sumatra Coffee, allspice, dark fruit, more of the same on the palate, tasty, medium body, best in a year or two, long, long finish suggests potential improvement. 82% Cabernet Sauvignon and 18% Merlot.

7/13/2015 7:18:00 PM - Thanks for the comment and rating. Yes, we would have thought at least another two plus years. Having said that, we have a case and the nose of Sumatra Coffee is alluring ;-)

7/14/2015 9:18:00 AM - This is a nice wine. If you have a case, then open a bottle, pour one glass, enjoy over an hour or so. Place the bottle in the refrigerator immediately after pouring, try a glass the next two days to gain ageing perspective.

7/14/2015 6:45:00 PM - Thanks! We are not big fans of opening, replacing the cork or using one of those pump things. It has been a decade since trying that. We either open, breathe...sounds like more than several hours...and finish or use Coravin, which is magic. Having said that, we could give it a go...thanks.
