After 2hr decant: Color of dark purple red. Scents of blackberry and dark fruit are still prominent, and have only barely mellowed. Tastes prominently of blackberry and dark berry fruits, with nice bold (but not overwhelming) tannins. Now clearly displaying taste characteristics of a young vintage of a top notch Napa Valley cab blend.
