Sunday, April 27, 2014 - There is a lot of pineapple with some saffron on the nose. There is some complexity that I cannot get My hands on. It is a very inviting nose.

Palate is full of ripe pineapple. There is a good balanced between acidity and sweetness. I'm getting some tarte/crumble pie notes too.

This is really good. It has clearly developed a little bit towards more ripe fruit singel last time.
