Friday, December 25, 2015 - Medium purple/ruby color. First slightly holding back but opening up with some air. Pretty and very classic notes of graphite, cassis, sour cherries, some horse saddle, spices and some cedar wood. It's medium+ bodied with still medium-high acidity and medium tannin that is pretty silky for the vintage but has a little touch of green. Medium length. A very classic, old-school Margaux that pairs really well with meat dishes.
