Friday, July 31, 2009 - One of two '03 Perrot-Minot closers with the cheese course. I'm not a big fan of '03 reds in general, and given that Perrot-Minot is already a bigger style this really was just too over the top for me. Recently had an '01 Perrot-Minot Mazoyeres and I enjoyed that much more, it had more structure. This was sweet, fat, and a little dumb by comparison.
