Sunday, January 8, 2012 - 2nd bottle. This time around the fruit was more to the fore on the bouquet than the previous bottle. Ripe dark fruits, black currants, blackberries & stewed plums over earthy, mineral & smoke. Fruitier on the palate with brighter acidity but with less spice & savoury flavours. Cerebral.
