Sunday, March 22, 2015 - BBQ lunch at Daves (Banksia, Sydney): Plums, slight black cherry, cream vanilla, toast and hints of herbaceousness on the nose. On the palate it's plummy, black cherry savoury joy with some vanilla and slight spice. Firm but silky tannins. Yumptious.
