Sunday, March 9, 2014 - 10+ Year Old Frenchies (Bistro Dre, Chicago, IL): Tasted double blind. Bold exotic and layered nose with white fruit, floral notes and Asian spice (cardamom?). Palate is still tight and full bodied. Waxy white fruit. Doesn't show much sauv blanc character. Would guess that this needs more time to open up on the palate.
