Saturday, August 15, 2015 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for two hours. Aromatic nose of blackberry, cassis, violets, mocha, forest floor and spice. A black fruit core integrated with notes of cocoa powder, cedar and spice on the palate. Leads to a long, soft, dry finish. Full bodied with a rich texture. Paired well with filet béarnaise.
