Monday, August 13, 2012 - Tried it after a 2 hour decant and it still seemed not ready -- overly tannic and acidic. It was considerable better then next day, more mellow with a far smoother aftertaste. Could probably use more time in the bottle. If drinking now, best to plan for a long decant.
