Decent typicity, but no real depth, kind of soft. Cherries, a little cedar, not at all bad, but I'm still not seeing why Napa is overpriced and overrated and Bordeaux is still supposed to have values. Looks about the same to me.

    11/10/2014 10:08:00 PM - This will be drinking well in 2018. Its a little early for the 2008 vintage right now. Most are shut down a good bit and if you force it back to life with air and such you only see part of the picture. If you get a chance to find 1 2005 it is starting just to come out of a quick slumber and you can really enjoy it. For a Bargain wine in Margaux look to La Tour De Mons from 2005, 2009 and La Tour De Bessen in 2010. They have the Margaux perfume you just don't get in other places. Enjoy.
