Wednesday, May 25, 2016 - An intense, rich and brooding Shiraz (10% Cabernet to add structure) with 11 years of age on it. Deep purple, almost black in color. One of the best Aussie's I've had to date. Beautiful nose of black cherry, pepper, tobacco leaf and new leather. The palate oozes blueberry, with black currant, smoke, espresso and leather. A very long, beautiful finish showcasing green mint.
