Saturday, December 14, 2013 - Slow-O 4 hours, served non-blind. This hasn't aged as gracefully as I'd hoped, favoring, instead, lots of cola aromas and flavors, which is fairly atypical for a Moshin single-vineyard wine. Notwithstanding this, the wine proved solid alongside a plate of lamb chops and roasted brussel sprouts. Med+ body, with flavors and aromas of balsam wood, cola, balsamic and freshly picked strawberries dominating on the night. Good toward very good. This particular bottle may not be respresentative, and if that's the case, I'm guessing this wine hasn't even hit peak yet. 14,1% abv, drink thru 2018
