Friday, May 9, 2014 - Popped and pored. Light in color. Great, rich, unassuming nose - earth, mushrooms and mineral oil. Medium body. Hard to place flavors. Black cherry, others? No edge to this one - sublime in its mellowness. Fills the mouth delightfully. Short finish of rasberries - distinct lack of tail. Blood orange highlights four hours after opening.
