Wednesday, June 29, 2016 - Tasted blind. Pale gold colour, sweet grapefruit and with classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas, lemon and zingy, wrapped in well integrated oak. The palate is quite oily and buttery, with green mint leafy and zingy flavours. Lovely balance.
