Saturday, March 2, 2013 - Nice Wahluke slope cab franc. For about the first hour, the oak profile was a bit dominant, but still yielded tasty plum and powdered cocoa flavors. Medium bodied, aeration saw more varietal tone emerging, as red fruits, tobacco and spices. Nice effort for $25
