Sunday, December 21, 2014 - 1995 Disgorgement. Nose was very pleasant with some orange zest notes with some brioche. Very light effervescence, powerful and rich on the palate again with some citrus, honey and brioche with just enough acidity to keep it lively. Hint of saltiness.
