Thursday, November 13, 2014 - Cassis and dark fruit on the nose with a little bit of leather. Big, strong tannins and the continuation of dark fruit on the first taste. I taste some vegetal notes in the mid-palate, which I like. The finish is long with a bit of heat from the alcohol. Overall, I liked it but wonder how much better it could have been after a few more years.
