Thursday, June 11, 2015 - Dark fruits, licorice, some smoke and new wood. This Red mountain Cab desguised as an Aussie shiraz is full throttle. A bit hot on the finish yet it has smooth tannins and packed with fruit. This is a wine for the medium term as it's already drinkable.
