Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Trotted my final bottle of this one out for Turkey Day. These are ready to drink now. This was at peak, fruit very present, but all the edges are nicely buffed on the wine, very nice mouthfeel. Drink 'em up, once the fruit recedes there's not the acidity or structure remaining on this one all that dynamic.
