Saturday, August 27, 2016 - Amazing wine from one of my favorite wineries. Opened and let breathe for an hour and drank over the next three. One glass left for the next day. For me, the wine hit its peak around the three hour mark. Obviously very deep, dark and dense and very well rounded. Flavors of blackberries and blueberries with the black cherry coming to the front over the course of the evening. Continued to be terrific the next day, with more rounded and softer notes. Amazing.
