Never had one while drinking and eating in Europe, despite that we tend to drink a fair amount while there what with lengthy lunches and dinners. Can't ask her to do a controlled experiment by trying the same wine a few days later, but over the decades, 95% of headaches follow Cali cabs. Wonder what other CT drinkers notice. So maybe it's the pumping over, I'm not sure. Almost never happens with a cab with age.
